   Well first you want to make sure it`s legal in your country to operate an online casino. As for the software you could create it if you had mega bucks but it`s a lot cheaper to license the software platform which you can have customized to your site. You just don`t upload it on the internet you have to host it just like a website only you`re going to need your own servers. You make money like any casino does, with the house advantage. Other than that cold hard cash is needed although you can actually get started small without a lot of cash although it will take a fair bit of money and effort to promote it and get lots of players.

   i played once online i won they would not give it 2 me thru paypal all thy used i fought with them i said close my acct. completely finally thy dd. i gt my $. never again dd i do paypal. thy are crooks
