    ok. did he win?

Bond had 46.5 million before the hand and was small blind for 3 (hense why he is first to act). Throwing in another 3 to see a flop, then succeeding a round of checking to give him the straight flush, it’s not actually that bad of a beat. If anything LeCheffe should have raised on the flop to scare away the flush and straights, since he already had 2 pair.

Technically the tip actually means nothing because the money is electronically wired. Those chips are only a representation of what they’re gambling. So unfortunately the dealer wouldn’t have been able to cash that in.

and btw thats the game , u have straight flush on turn (u dont w8 for river ofc) and u check.. u never raise when u know that u have the best hand u just go all in when they raise :D

well about the previous comments , ok its a setup these hands can happen on 4 players like 1 in a billion and thats y when all checked on turn to “bite” the others while they all had great hands they found theirselves believing that they know what cards the others had. the chinese guy saw 4 spades down and not great combinations still the fat guy had two eights plus the ace on river which was lucky ofc instead of just 3 of eights he made full house (same for lechiffre).Bond owned by playing last

wow, what a table full of fishes^^ how can it be checked around on the turn? asian guy had a flush and gave a free card just to move in when the most dangerous card hits on the river… get me in that game, please;)

Bond had the straight flush before the last card even hit – he was just playing the donkeys – he was lucky they all had ‘hands’ they thought would win, or they wouldn’t have all went all-in.

bond could also have A 8! it is quite possible and it happens very often! but the bad guy has a hand he can’t fold!

um…, pretty sure your thinking of a different card game, bond checked, other 2 went all in (ending their betting) le chiffre raised, bond re-raised and le chiffre called him. Bond would have shown his cards first. Bond won the hand on the turn (the 4 of spades) getting the unbeatable (on that hand) running flush, le chiffre only had a full house on the final ace

  21. vPJere on December 28th, 2008 1:06 pm

yeah but they can fold if they dont want to bet any further

  22. vPJere on December 31st, 2008 8:04 am

If that was true then that would mean he would have the worst hand, THINK ABOUT IT!

  23. 40oztofreedomE34 on January 3rd, 2009 3:16 pm

wouldn’t bond be the first to show his cards?
