Has Spain really lost ALL faith? Catholics don’t gamble.

At a minimum it is a conflict of interest for a sporting club to have a gambling organization as a sponsor. Their uniform has BWin all over it.

AC milan is sponsored by the same company. you think they would be the first club to avoid affiliation to a betting company after the notoriety they obtained in the 1980s rigging the Totocalcio, (italy’s pools)

i’m not accusing anything but can you imagine if Bwin’s share price took a fall they might not tell their sponsored clubs, you wouldn’t mind dropping a few games for us

… The Inquisition will not tolerate this. This time around, there shall be twice as many (4) armed men showing up at your door-step shortly. Also there will be no last music video requests like last time, no drive-thru movie, and definitely no unforseen escape plans… we were definitely too lenient with you during the last visit.

Barcelona was first offered to be sponsored by Bet and Win but refused to spoil the jersey with such a debatable company, didn’t want to be connected to bets in sports. Barcelona’s jersey has never been sponsored (only UNICEF, and Barça actually PAYED for wearing it, in a gesture towards children who suffer in the world). Real Madrid has already been sponsored by a company which makes electrical appliances such as refrigerators. What else is it to expect?

PS: about Catholicism, well Spain is no Vatican. Is not even like Ireland. Most young people are Atheists nowadays.
