Isn’t Underage Gambling Online Illegal?

Model Amber asked: My stepmother is letting my 16 year old half brother gamble online with her credit card. My dad is really clueless and stupid about it. My stepmom calls me constantly to tell me how much money my brother is winning at Poker online. And she just let him drop out of school too! The last few times I visitied them my brother watched Celebrity Poker on TV the whole time and kept going upstairs at commercial breaks to gamble online with her credit card.
What can I do about this??? She has let him do this since he was 14! Can’t they get in trouble for this????

In the USA, all online gambling is illegal, regardless of someone’s age.
Placing bets via any telecommunications device is illegal in the USA.
Tell your father, and yes it is illegal! Your father will find out soon enough when he gets the bill!
