Billy Bob asked:
I remember back some months ago there was some deal with not being allowed to gamble online in America. How is all that working? Basically I want to play some roulette online where there is a person actually spinning a wheel. Would that fall into that category? Also, what if the casino itself was oversees, or in America, what would that change things. Please help me out here.

It is technically not illegal for US citizens to gamble online. It is simply illegal to host a site on our land. Thousands upon thousands of Americans gamble daily online in various forms. There are several sites that take American players. Some of the best out there are Bookmaker and Betmaker. Both have online roulette among other common table games. I made a short write up on how you can get money to and from gambling sites here:
You can fund sites with credit/debit/prepaid Visa cards, but a popular way to bank with sites is using something called an e-wallet. If you’ve ever signed up for a Paypal account, the process is fairly similar.

Hope this helps!
